I’m passionate about helping individuals find balance, healing and personal growth. My integrative approach combines counselling, life coaching and holistic mind–body practices to help you manage stress, build resilience and reconnect with your authentic self.
With over twenty years of experience in behavior therapy, I blend counselling and life-coaching techniques to support emotional well-being through a holistic lens that honors mind, body, emotion and spirit.

Through structured conversations, reflection and goal-setting, clients develop practical tools for managing stress, communication, decision-making and daily responsibilities.
This process fosters self-awareness, independence, resilience empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
